This unit is perfect for convertable's or sunroofs, you mount the sensor on a flat surface, now imagine it as a bubble, the higher the adjustment, the bigger the bubble. If the bubble is broken (eg. a hand entering the sunroof) it will give an alarm trigger. The sensor can be hidden.
