Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

If you need to return an item purchased from this website, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

In the event you believe your product is faulty, please read the following steps:

2. Email us here

3. You will receive the return shipping address.

4. Once your item is returned, it will be tested.

(a) If it is found to be faulty, it will be replaced and returned at no expense.

(b) If no faults are found, it will be returned at the buyers expense.
