Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
In the event you believe your product is faulty, please read the following steps:

2. Use the form above.
3. Once your item is returned, it will be tested.
(a) If it is found to be faulty, it will be replaced and returned at no expense.
(b) If no faults are found, it will be returned at the buyers expense.
